Educational Info

1. BCA, BSc (CS, IT, Maths, Stats, Electronics and Physics)
2. Maximum of 3 Years of Education Gap if any is allowed between 10th to Graduation.
3. No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
4. Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th, and Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
5. Maximum of 1 Active Backlog till the Interview Stage. Offered will be metered out subject to all backlog clearances.
6. Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
7. Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
8. Candidates who have participated in the selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
9. Only 2021, 2022, 2023 Year Passedouts are eligible

Stipend Details

• First Year Stipend: Rs.15,000/- BASE + Rs.488/- ESI per month Joining bonus of 75K
• Second Year Stipend: Rs.17,000/- BASE + Rs.553/- ESI per month
• Third Year Stipend: Rs.19,000/- BASE + Rs.618/- ESI per month
• Fourth Year: Rs.23,000/-
• Additional Bonus Joining Bouns: Rs.75,000/-

Post the completion of the Program, the designation will be Senior Project Engineer and Compensation will range from INR 600000 Per Annum onwards depending on Performance.
